Terms of use
Last updated October 27, 2026. These are the rules for using the Hourstone website and app. The short version: your plans are yours, Pebble only suggests, and you decide.
Who can use Hourstone
- You must be 13 or older.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you and agree to them.
- One account is for one person. You sign in through your email, or through a Google, Apple or Microsoft account with the same email, so keep your inbox and those accounts safe: anyone who can get into them can sign in.
Your plans stay yours
The tasks, notes and plans you add belong to you. You let us store and use them only to run Hourstone for you, as the Privacy policy explains. You can export or delete them at any time.
Pebble's suggestions
- Pebble uses AI to suggest plans and tasks. AI makes mistakes: check dates, times and estimates before you rely on them.
- Nothing Pebble suggests is saved until you confirm it.
- Don't rely on Hourstone alone for anything where a missed time could hurt someone, such as medicine or safety.
- Free accounts get a limited number of AI setups each week. Adding tasks by hand and replanning stay free.
Google Calendar
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. When you connect it, Google's own terms apply to your Google account too. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
Fair use
Please don't:
- use Hourstone to break the law or to harass anyone;
- try to get into anyone else's account or data;
- attack or overload the service, or use scripts to get around its limits.
We may pause or close accounts that do.
Hourstone Plus
- Hourstone has a free plan and a paid plan, Plus, billed monthly or yearly. The price is shown before you pay, and payments are handled by Stripe.
- Plus renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings, Your plan; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid plan when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- Payments aren't refunded for the part of a period you've already started, except where the law where you live says otherwise. If something went wrong with a charge, write to us.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to the purchase and pays for it.
- If we change the price of Plus, we will tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
The service
Features can change. Everything in the free plan stays free, and you are never charged unless you choose Plus yourself. We work to keep Hourstone running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, so export a copy of anything you can't lose.
No guarantees
Hourstone is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for missed deadlines, lost data or other losses from using it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Leaving
You can stop using Hourstone at any time and delete your account in Settings, Danger zone; deleting your account also cancels Plus. If we ever shut Hourstone down, we will tell you first and give you time to export your data.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top. For big changes we will tell you in the app before they apply.
